Traceroute from around the world

See the path packets take to a site or server from different countries: traceroute and MTR with latency and loss at every hop.

A country, city, region, provider or AS number, for example London, Dubai, Europe, Hetzner.

How to read a traceroute

Each line is a router on the packet’s path. Asterisks mean a hop does not answer, which is fine if later hops do. Latency that jumps at one hop and stays high afterwards points to the troublesome link. MTR repeats the measurement many times and shows the loss at every hop.

Measurements run on probes of the open Globalping network, straight from your browser. 250 tests an hour are free.
