Why it happens
- A typo or a wrong number format.
- The number was never assigned or has been withdrawn.
- Your PBX or carrier rewrote the number wrongly before sending it on.
What to check
- Check the number and the format your carrier expects.
- Compare the dialled number with the number in the outgoing INVITE.
