What to check
- Nothing to fix. If calls drop with 16 by themselves, look at who sent the BYE and why (an RTP timeout or a session timer can also end a call with 16).
Q.850 cause 16: Normal call clearing
The call ended normally: one of the parties hung up. This is the cause you want to see.
