How to turn IPv6 on
- Ask your provider whether it offers IPv6 (usually DHCPv6-PD with a /56 or /64). Many mobile carriers already do by default.
- MikroTik: /ipv6 dhcp-client add interface=ether1 pool-name=isp request=prefix add-default-route=yes, then /ipv6 address add from-pool=isp interface=bridge.
- Keenetic: Internet → your connection → IPv6 → Automatic, and install the “IPv6 protocol” component.
- With IPv6 your devices get public addresses, so make sure the router firewall blocks inbound connections.
