What it means
Asterisk sends REGISTER to the provider and gets nothing back at all.
Why it happens
- Wrong server address or port (some providers use 5068, 5080 or TLS on 5061).
- Outbound UDP 5060 blocked by your hosting or the office router (or SIP ALG mangling packets).
- The provider blocked your IP after failed attempts.
How to fix it
- Check the host and port with the SIP check tool and against the provider’s guide.
- Try transport=tcp; turn off SIP ALG on the router.
- Ask the provider whether your IP is blocked.
