Automation syntax converter

Paste old automation or script YAML and get the Home Assistant 2024.10+ syntax: action: instead of service:, triggers:, conditions:, actions: and trigger: state instead of platform: state. Comments and indentation are kept.

Everything runs in the browser: nothing is sent anywhere.

What changes

OldNewSince
service: light.turn_onaction: light.turn_on2024.8
trigger: / condition: / action:triggers: / conditions: / actions:2024.10
- platform: state- trigger: state2024.10
data_template:, service_template:data:, action:long deprecated

The old syntax still works, but the docs and examples now use only the new one, and automations saved from the UI use it too. platform: in sensor settings (sensor:, template:) is left alone; only triggers change. Check the file afterwards: YAML checker.
