Shelly API: local network commands

Ready local-network requests for Shelly relays: on, off, status, device info and MQTT setup, for Gen2/Gen3 (RPC) and older Gen1, with or without a password.

Everything runs in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.

Shelly and Home Assistant

The Shelly integration in Home Assistant is local, with no cloud: the device is discovered when it is on the same network. MQTT is only needed to control Shelly from other systems or Node-RED. On Gen2 and newer the user is always admin and auth is digest, hence --digest in curl. Devices in a separate IoT network: MikroTik generator.
